In-House Food Safety Course Programme
Ensure that all staff are compliant with the changes which were made to EU law in 2014; these changes mean that those working with food must have the sufficient knowledge to be able to inform consumers of the allergens and ingredients which different foods contain. The course teaches delegates about the 14 allergens and where they can be found, as well as methods to prevent contamination and maintain a high level of food hygiene.

How long is this food safety course?
This course lasts 3 hours; after successful completion, delegates will be awarded with a certificate.

We can deliver your food safety training to suit any requirements which you may have; whether you would prefer it to be delivered to you in-house, or if you would rather attend an open course at one of our 300+ centres nationwide, the choice is entirely up to you!
