In-House Food Safety Course Programme
We currently deliver both level 2 and 3 HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) programmes for all sectors. Our level 2 is for junior members of staff, but the level 3 is specifically designed for those at a supervisory, managerial or proprietary level to ensure that delegates understand how to implement a hygiene and management system in line with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures. The training is tailored for catering or food manufacturing businesses, and ensures that delegates are meeting EU legislative requirements.

Which sectors would this food hygiene training suit?
Our HACCP Level 2 or 3 course is designed for those working in catering or food manufacturing as a manager, supervisor or proprietor. The course is specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses.
How long is the food safety course?
This course lasts 6 hours (1 day) and after successful completion, delegates will be awarded with a certificate.
How is the training deliviered?
We can deliver your food safety training to suit any requirements which you may have; whether you would prefer it to be delivered to you in-house, or if you would rather attend an open course at one of our 300+ centres nationwide, the choice is entirely up to you! We have instructors located across the UK, who enable us a level of flexibility which means that you can book training at a time and date to suit you.
